Meet your inspector, Jared Fritz
Jared Fritz, a Bloomington native, is a career Firefighter and holds a bachelors degree from Kent State University. Jared's study of building construction through the lens of his Fire Service gives him a unique view into the safety issues that surround the modern day home, providing you a one of a kind home inspection.
As a licensed Home Inspector in the State of Indiana, Jared received his training from The American Home Inspectors Training Institute. Jared is a certified infrared thermographer and has completed extensive research and field training on all aspects of home inspections.
